Custom Homes Berthoud

Custom On-Site Builders designs and builds custom homes Berthoud residents love because they match their lifestyle. Our team pairs creative flexibility with disciplined processes, so every project reflects the homeowner’s vision while meeting the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Building Custom Homes in Berthoud, Your Way

Some clients come to us with one of our existing floor plans and adjust it to their liking, while others arrive with scattered inspiration and no fixed direction yet. We work well with either starting point. Our job is to help clarify what you’re after, explain what’s realistic, and build a home that’s genuinely yours.

Every project begins with a conversation. Early on, our builders and designers work through your goals, budget, and site details, including utility needs, permitting, and lot-specific restrictions. Getting these details settled up front leads to clearer decisions and more accurate pricing once we bring in architects and designers.

We also maintain an extensive library of home plans clients can build from directly, modify, or simply browse for inspiration. Many homeowners end up combining favorite elements from several designs into something new. Reviewing these plans in detail also gives clients a better vocabulary for describing what they want, which makes the whole design process smoother.

Remodeling Support for Berthoud Homeowners

For those already settled into a Berthoud property, we also offer luxury remodeling services, from full main-level transformations to updated kitchens, bathrooms, and specialty additions like home theaters, wine cellars, and custom bars. As builders rather than surface-level remodelers, we’re equipped to handle the structural work these projects often require.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have worked with Custom On-Site for years and they are by far the best builder. They operate with integrity, passion, loyalty and commitment to their clients. Their workmanship is top-notch and they have received many awards for this. When it came time for our remodel on our own home, they were the ones! They transformed our home into our dream home. I recommend Custom On-Site to everyone I know, for new builds, custom builds on private land, remodels and basement finishes.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Top-notch contractor. Honest and shoot straight. - gave us accurate information throughout the entire project. Were very tolerant of us "over-seeing" the work. Confident our project would not have been as successful with another contractor. Consider using them for YOUR next project.
