Custom Home Building in Fort Collins

We build custom homes designed around each client’s lifestyle, property, and long-term goals, with close attention to code compliance and durable, livable construction. Our experience spans a wide variety of architectural styles, and we work directly with homeowners to translate their vision into a finished home suited to the site.

For those interested in alternative living arrangements, we also construct barndominiums, which pair rugged, open-concept design with modern comfort, and additional dwelling units (ADUs) for guest space, rental potential, or multigenerational living. Have a unique concept in mind? We’re glad to talk through how it could take shape on your property.

Luxury Home Construction Fort Collins Residents Choose for Remodeling

Beyond new construction, many homeowners come to us to expand or update a home they already love. Our luxury remodeling work often involves substantial transformations, from reworking an entire main level to modernizing homes with decades of history behind them.

These projects frequently include upgraded kitchens and bathrooms with premium finishes, along with specialty additions such as home theaters, private gyms, custom bars, wine cellars, and spa-style steam showers. As builders first, we manage the structural and sequencing complexities that come with a high-end remodel, not just the cosmetic layer.

Basement finishing is another popular option, turning underused space into a home office, guest suite, or entertainment area built with lasting functionality in mind.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have worked with Custom On-Site for years and they are by far the best builder. They operate with integrity, passion, loyalty and commitment to their clients. Their workmanship is top-notch and they have received many awards for this. When it came time for our remodel on our own home, they were the ones! They transformed our home into our dream home. I recommend Custom On-Site to everyone I know, for new builds, custom builds on private land, remodels and basement finishes.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Top-notch contractor. Honest and shoot straight. - gave us accurate information throughout the entire project. Were very tolerant of us "over-seeing" the work. Confident our project would not have been as successful with another contractor. Consider using them for YOUR next project.
