General Contractor Fort Collins

The Custom On-Site Builders team serves as the general contractor Fort Collins homeowners rely on. We offer services in the categories of home building and home remodeling. If you have been looking for an experienced team with regional knowledge to spearhead your home build or remodeling project, you’ve come to the right place.

Fort Collins Home Builders

When it comes to building brand new homes, we have an extensive portfolio that includes various types of homes. We custom build fully autonomous homes of various styles and designs, ensuring code compliance and adherence to local ordinances.

When it comes to specialty units, barndominiums and additional dwelling units (ADUs) are two such examples. We have built a number of these in-demand homes as they have increased in popularity across Colorado.

Barndominiums are an innovative blend of barn and condominium building fundamentals, offering a unique living option that feels just right for homeowners seeking a rugged lifestyle.

ADUs, as you might imagine, have increased in popularity as a means of addressing multi-generational property living and demand for rental options. Yet another reason to add an ADU to your property is simply to accommodate the occasional out-of-town guest in the most comfortable means possible.

Have another home style in mind? Don’t hesitate to bring us the idea. We’re happy to discuss something new.

Luxury Home Remodeling

Perhaps you’re looking to stay in your current home but expand or update for your current needs. We have a wide-ranging remodeling portfolio of Fort Collins homes that demonstrates our expertise in this realm.

As a Fort Collins home remodeling general contractor, we seek to make homes both more functional and more luxurious. We have overseen kitchen and bathroom overhauls, as well as whole-home remodels, updating materials, hardware, and appliances for a completely new experience of the same home.

One of our specialties has revealed itself to be basement finishes. No matter if your basement is partially finished or fully unfinished, just waiting for the right inspiration, our team can transform the space into a whole new part of your home to enjoy.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have worked with Custom On-Site for years and they are by far the best builder. They operate with integrity, passion, loyalty and commitment to their clients. Their workmanship is top-notch and they have received many awards for this. When it came time for our remodel on our own home, they were the ones! They transformed our home into our dream home. I recommend Custom On-Site to everyone I know, for new builds, custom builds on private land, remodels and basement finishes.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Top-notch contractor. Honest and shoot straight. - gave us accurate information throughout the entire project. Were very tolerant of us "over-seeing" the work. Confident our project would not have been as successful with another contractor. Consider using them for YOUR next project.
